We founded 718 Design Studio with one goal in mind: providing a high-quality, smart, and reliable customized apparel.

 

Our passion for excellence has driven us from the beginning and continues to inspire us into the future.

 

We know that every personalized product counts and we strive to make the entire shopping experience as easy and rewarding as possible.

Store Policy

  1. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for orders to be processed, shipped and delivered by postal services (USPS). Tracking information will be provided. 

  2. Pictures and videos of the finished items will be provided to customers prior to shipping. We ask that customers communicate with their Designer to ensure satisfaction with the finished items prior shipping. 

  3. A 50% Refund will ONLY be issued on glass items that are broken during shipping (Wine glass, mugs). Customers must provide proof of all broken items via pictures to process your refund.

  4. A $25.00 deposit for orders of 10 or more items is required. Deposits are non-refundable.

  5. Completed orders of 10 or more items will receive a 10% discount.
