Customized Tumblers
**PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION**
 
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the following reasons:
1. Customizing your tumbler, 
2. Processing of payment
3. Shipping
 
Personalized snowglobe tumblers or plan personalized tumblers, can be a great gift for any holiday or special occasion. 
 
All tumblers are handmade with care, time, and dedication. The tumblers come in 2 different sizes, 20 oz short or tall and skinny. They can ONLY BE USED for cold drinks (especially in the summertime).
 
You will have the option to choose the following:
1. Size of tumblers
2. Color of glitter
3. Rhinestones or Pearls
4. Font Style (for Name)
5. Character of your choice
 
** NOTE**
Glitter and powders do settle at the bottom because of gravity. There is no such thing as floating glitter all the time. When the glitter has settled put the cup between your palms and give it a good rub.
 
**CARE INSTRUCTIONS**
Hand wash only, gently. 
Do not soak, scrub or leave in hot water. 
Not for microwave oven, nor are they dishwasher safe. If mishandled or dropped the cup could crack and the liquid would spill out resulting in not being able to use your cup anymore! 
When you are done washing this cup store it upside down and when you’re ready to use put the cup between your palms and give it a couple of spins, turn back and watch the glitter fall. 
 
**STORE POLICY**
Once you complete your purchase all sales are FINAL. No refunds will be given. If you have a problem with your order or once you receive it please message me and I will assist you right away! 💌

    • We ask that our customers keep in contact with us in a timely fashion, VIA email. IF  any of your purchased items are damaged WHILE BEING SHIPPED to you, We will gladly replace, or refund, IF ELIGIBLE.
    • If items are damaged, we ask that our customers CONTACT US WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY of receiving your purchase, and a photo of damaged items. All MUGS, WINE GLASSES, AND TUMBLERS WILL NEED TO BE SHIPPED back to our company WITHIN 2 WEEKS, SO WE CAN DIPUTE THE MATTER. 
    • We are NOT responsible for any stolen/lost packages that show on the tracking that the item was delivered to the address on the shipping label. Any stolen/lost items, once delivered, will be the buyer's responsibility to contact their local USPS for further assistance in retrieving and/or filing a claim.
