Father and Protector Coffee Mug

1. Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be processed, shipped, and delivered by postal services. Tracking information will be provided. 

2. Pictures and videos of the finished product will be issued to customers before shipping. We ask that customers keep in contact with the Designer to ensure they are satisfied with the finished product before shipping. 

3. A 50% Refund will ONLY be issued on glass product that has been broken while being shipped. (Wine glass, coffee mugs)Customers will have to provide proof of all broken items before refunding.

4. A $25.00 deposit will need to be made for all items 10 or more. Deposits will NOT BE REFUNDED ON ANY CANCELED ORDERS.

5. Upon payment and complete order, there will be a 10% discount on 10 or more products.
