- All party favor orders are to be ordered 2-3 weeks PRIOR to the event date.
- Please allow 1- 2 weeks for orders to be processed, shipped, and delivered by postal services. Tracking information will be provided.
- Pictures and videos of the finished product will be issued to customers before shipping. We ask that customers keep in contact to ensure they are satisfied with the finished product before shipping.
- A 50% Refund will ONLY be issued on a Glass product that has been broken while being shipped. (Wine glass, coffee mugs) Customers will have to provide proof of all broken items before refunding.
- Dominos: If customers do not take the option of receiving a brand new free set. There will only be a 10% REFUND ISSUED to customers who are missing items FROM A SET( DOMINOS). Customers must contact our staff within 1 1/2 days of receiving their purchase with proof that Items are missing.
- A $25.00 deposit will need to be made for all items 10 or more. Deposits will NOT BE REFUNDED ON ANY CANCELED ORDERS.
